Medium items:
Items that are slightly larger are sent via Interlink express (who may require a signature) or Apc within 1-3 working days of the order. We will also advise you on the day of dispatch that your order has left us

Charges and delivery times
Yes, For all Mainland England & Wales addresses, shipping is free (see below for Scotland) This item can be collected from our premises free of charge
or delivered by our furniture courier usually within 5-12 working days of payment. This item is sent via a door to door furniture courier (one man, very careful
handling!) not a parcel firm (they drop things a lot!) Our couriers are fully insured and dedicated to top class customer service.
SCOTLAND - We do deliver to Scotland, but our couriers do not travel to Scotland as often so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery – SCOTLAND & NON MAINLAND POSTCODES DO CARRY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE as follows: TD-£30, EH-£30, ML-£30, G-£30 ,KA £30, DG-£30, AB-£70, DD- £70, FK-£50, IV-£85 ,KW- £115, KY-£50, PA& PH-variable, please ask. (if yours is not mentioned here please ask)
Non Mainland areas and Ireland - delivery available at a supplement, usually at a cost of £80-120. Please ask for a quote before buying.

may need to contact you to arrange delivery
All items shipped this way are 100% insured. The delivery company will provide a 2 hour delivery time slot in advance. The delivery service is a "green service", based on consolidating deliveries within the same area. They deliver Monday- Friday between 7am -6pm.If the slot offered is not convenient, they can try to accommodate your requests on their next run to your area, but this will delay delivery by a further 5-14 days. They are able to leave items with Neighbours or in a safe place, if you wish. Please advise the courier when the call to arrange a delivery slot where they can leave it in your absence. Delivery will be a lot faster to highly populated areas and the innermost parts of the country and may be slower to the more remote regions as mentioned above. Delivery will be by one driver, so may require assistance with larger items.
Delivery to Countries other than the UK
We can offer postage of small items to most countries, and we can offer postage of larger items to Europe (sorry we cannot quote for larger items to sent to
area outside the UK and Europe to most countries, please contact us by email for details at customerservices@Windsor Browne.co.uk
We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition within 25 days. Just email or telephone us
to let us know you are returning something and we can help you (or if you just want to return something without contacting us first, that’s not a problem
either, just put your order details in the parcel with your return so we know who you are) We promise to refund you within 3 working days of the item
arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of
course refund you all the same (and replace the goods at no extra charge)For returns weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned via Royal Mail
Larger items (over 3 kilos) ring us and we will arrange our carrier to collect from you on a day to suit you. Furniture items can be collected by our
furniture courier, please email or ring for further guidance.
Seconds items: Please be aware seconds listed items are exempt from the standard returns policy.
