Delivery Process


 
During weekdays (Monday - Friday): All order(s) placed before 2.00pm and have cleared payment will be dispatched

on the same day. Any order(s) placed after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following weekday. 




However, order(s) placed after 2.00pm on Friday, and/or during weekend (Saturday -Sunday) can only be dispatched

on the next available weekday. Most items are dispatched with 2nd Class Royal Mail postal method, thus, it may take

up to 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday) for an item to be delivered, but it could possibly take up to 10 days which is

rarely.




 
Returning Product(s)


 
Please do not return a product prior to contacting us. In order to avoid disappointment and

inconvenience after-sale, please do carefully read all the information below (as this is an

effective legal contract between the seller and the buyer).


If you are not happy with your purchase, we do accept returns within the first 14 days starting

 on the day you receive your item. However, we do not accept returns if the product has been

either used or damaged in some way by the buyer.


We as the seller is responsible for returns postage to ensure the absolute 100% quality

guarantee and 100% customer satisfaction.


 
Exchange or Refund 
 


If you have changed your mind about the item you have purchased, you may return the item for

a refund or replacement within the first 14 days. In order to receive a full refund or exchange,

 the item(s) will be required to be in the same condition as when delivered to you, thus, all

packaging and additional parts will also need to be attached when sending the item(s) back to

us.


If the item(s) have been used or damaged we reserve the right the charge a discretionary

restocking fee.


The item(s) needs to be in a resaleable condition to receive any refund.


Free postage does not mean that we do not incur postage charges when sending the item(s) to

you, this means that the postage price is included in the sale price, thus, we reserve the right to

discount postage charges from the refund you receive, but as a good will of gesture, this charge

 may be waived along with any postage cost to resend the item out to you as an exchange.


The buyer is responsible to return the item back to us intact and ensure the item is received,

 thus, please use appropriate postage service for either proof or guarantee.


 
Item not as described


 
If you believe that we have missed anything out or the item you received is not as described on

the listing, please contact us before opening a case or leaving a negative feedback.
 

We are happy to accept the item(s) back for a full refund/replacement if you believe that it is

not as described, faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s).


You will be required to return the item back to us before any refund is issued, thus, we will not

issue any refund before receiving the item(s).


We try to list all items with the information provided by the manufacturers, however,

sometimes colours shown on the pictures of items can differ due to screen resolution and light

 effects used to take professional images.


Please note that you may contact us if you have any queries regarding our product before

commit yourself to a contract.


 
Product Damaged 


 
If the product you received is damaged in some way, you will need to report to us within 2 days

 of receiving the item. We may require further proof in order to process a replacement or

refund.


We may at our discretion ask for the item to be returned before any replacement or refund is

issued. If the item(s) is found to be misused or damaged by the buyer, we will not issue any

refund or replace the item.


 
Product Damaged after use


 
We are sorry that we will not issue a refund or replacement if the item has been damaged or

broken after-use since proof of damage caused are impossible to determine. You may notify us

of the problem and if there is anything we can do to help with the issue then we would be more

than happy to provide assistance. However, please do not leave a negative feedback for an item

that has been damaged after-use as we have fulfilled our part of the contract as a seller.

 


Submitting the Wrong Address


 
We will not be held responsible for buyers who accidentally submitted the wrong address.
 
We automatically dispatch all orders to the assigned addresses set in buyer's eBay account.
 

We have the right to ask for the postage cost for the item to be resent to the correct address or

postage cost will not be refundable. In most cases, we will waive these postage charges as a

good will gesture.

However, if the item is lost (or not returned back to us), we cannot accept responsibility.

 
 
Not Received the item(s)


 
Please contact us if you have not yet received the item(s) to give us the chance to resolve the

problem, as there is no need to open an eBay buyer protection case.


We dispatch each and every order which has been placed by the buyer and we have no

reason not to dispatch an item. Therefore, if the item(s) does not show up or delayed, it could

either be delayed by the delivery network or lost in the post (could be due to wrong/incomplete

address).


If your item(s) is dispatched with 2nd Class Royal Mail postal method, it will take 2-5 working

days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it may take up to 10 days.


Before contacting us to report that you have not received your item, please check and confirm

your registered eBay address to see if you have the correct address.


If 7 or more working days have passed from the day your item has been dispatched, please

contact us and we will contact Royal Mail and open a claim with them to investigate this

further.


Items can sometimes be left with your neighbours or picked up by another person living at your

address, please kindly make sure that this is not the case before reporting to us that your item

 has not been received.


Please do not expect to obtain a refund immediately after reporting the item lost as we will

need to contact Royal Mail and provide them with sufficient and reasonable time to solve the

problem.


We will only issue refund or send out a replacement if Royal Mail has confirmed to us that the

 item has not been delivered or lost.


When contacting us please allow 24 hours to receive a response within the weekdays (Monday

 - Friday (weekends excluded) 9am - 6pm).
