Giro Prolight Comp Cycling Helmet

Cleaning out my father's garage. Selling lot of bicycle accessories so please see my other auctions.
This is a Giro Prolight Comp helmet. Based on my head size I estimate it is a Large or Extra-large size. Included are two sets of unused foam pads, each different thicknesses, to customize fit. Also included are the Owner's Manual and blank registration card. No visible damage, cracks, splits, or anything else. Appears to be in excellent condition.
