Dispatch is usually the same working day if ordered before 13.00. During peak periods it may take an extra working day unless next day delivery has been paid.

If you decide that an item is unsuitable , we are happy to offer a refund for 30 days except on clearance items this is reduced to 14 days, this is on condition that the item is in their original condition and unused with the tags still attached.
Return postage is at the customers expense except in a case when the item is faulty or damaged on receipt.
