Returns

We must be contacted with any problem or grievance as soon as possible before any refund is considered.

A genuine reason must be put forward. Goods returned must be in a clean, unused and new condition, in original box / packaging from when first purchased to receive a full refund of the goods original purchase price.

Any refund will exclude return postage / shipping, insurance charges and or courier charges.

All items must be returned within 7 days of arrival. If a negative feedback is left before we have had a reasonable time to respond then we will inform eBay & action will be taken and the offending feedback will be removed.
