1) This item comes with 110V power adapter.  If your country uses 220V, you will need to purchase a power transformer / converter (convert 220V to 110V) in order to operate this neon clock.  Transformer can be purchased from most local electronics store.

2) International orders processing time is about 5 days and shipping time is about 10 - 20 days, expected delivery date will be 15 - 25 days after you place your order.  Sometimes it is slower due to customs holdup, there is nothing we can do about that.

3) All sales final, no returns for international customers.  We will check the item before sending it to you.

4) Warranty will be voided once we ship outside United States.
