We are not responsible for buyer's vehicle damages, accident, penalties, fines incurred due to usage
of our products.
If the item got returned to us because of an invalid address or delivery fail due to several attempt by the
shipping company, buyer need to pay the additional shipping cost for us to re-send the item.
Any issue of item must be reported within 14 days from delivery date.
Please inspect the order immediately upon receipt.
All item must be returned in brand new condtion in original packaging.
Post-Product Installation:
Please be advise any installation of products (ie: Boost controller, Gauges, Lightings, Engine Management,
Brakes, Aero Kits, Interior/Exterior accessories ) must be installed by a trained professional. Any items that
are open and/ or not properly installed will not be return to seller or to the manufacturer as the item
is considered USED. Buyer(s) are responsible for the accuracy of the fitment of there Year, Make,
Models and Sub Model of there vehicle. 2B Element provides up to date vehicle fitment and also provide
manufacturer links so buyer can check on its vehicle fitment. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer
to verify the correct size and application of the parts prior purchase or installation. So consult your installer
before you purchase any items.
International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will
be prior to bidding or buying.
Return:
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you and must be within 14 days from delivery date.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 20%, min $5 restocking fee will be charged.
Exchange:
Buyer pays for both ways of shipping (Return + Reship) Plus any price difference on items.
Order Cancellation:
2B Element will make every effort to cancel or change your order
however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request; if your order or part of your
order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be
cancelled. Please make sure you need an item before buying.

RMA Number and approval by our company are needed in advanced on any return or exchange item.
