Used Car Parts  -   All of our car parts are in used condition. All items are checked and tested where possible. Anything deemed to be more than average wear will be included in the listing. If you are unsure of anything  please contact us.

Issues With Purchased Item?     -  If you are unhappy with an item you have bought for any reason, please contact us in the first instance before opening an eBay case via email or telephone. We are more than happy to help resolve any problems you may have. Feedback and customer service is very important to us.

Please leave feedback once you have received your item as we then know that the part has arrived safely and you are happy with it. We will follow up with return feedback straight away.

Postage  -  All items are sent recorded delivery, either by Royal Mail or by a courier service normally UPS. All items will require a signature. Proof of postage is always kept. Postage prices are for UK Mainland Only. Please contact us for postage prices to the Highlands and Islands. All items listed with free postage is UK mainland only, there will be an extra charge for N.I, Highlands and Islands.

All couriered items are tracked, if you require this information please send a note with the purchase.

Worldwide postage is available on most items   (not car panels ) please contact us if you require a shipping quotation. Collection is available on all parts with prior arrangement. Address is below.

Used Car Panels  -  Please expect minor marks and scratches when purchasing used car panels, any defects  deemed more than average wear will be described in the listing. Most of our car panels are for collection only. This is due to high postal costs due to the size and weight. Also couriers will not insure for panels during shipping. We are happy to post in some circumstances, but the risk of any damage will be down to the buyer, we will do our best to package panels up to minimise any damage.

Returns  -  All of our items are tried and tested where possible. They are also I.D stamped. Returns bought by error can be returned within 7 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs cannot be refunded, return postage will be down to the buyer.
