Shipping Will Be paid by the winner unless noted that the item has free shipping. We do ship internationally, If you need the package expedited message me and I can give you a quote. We WILL NOT ship to PO Boxes. The Shippers address and billing information MUST match River City Bargains will not ship to an address that differs from the billing address due to security issues.

PAYMENTS: River City Bargains is currently only accept PayPal transactions as a form of payment. Payments are due within Seven days of auction closing. Returns: Items maybe returned if the listing states that returns are accepted. Please check the listing to make sure Returns are accepted, as some of our listings are being sold in AS IS condition with no returns. The Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the item back to River City Bargains. Once the Item has been returned then River City Bargains will refund the Buyer. The Item must be returned in the condition it was shipped in.
