Jump rings are essential when making jewellery. They are used to connect all sorts of findings  from attaching clasps, pendants and much more. Jump rings are round metal circles with a split in so they can be opened and closed.

Jump rings require pliers to open them and close them to ensure no gap is left. When opening jump rings always ensure that you twist them from side to side rather than to pull them apart because they will lose their shape and strength.

Combined orders:

If you order more than one of our products, then your order will be combined and you will only have to pay one postage cost. If the sum of your items comes to £30.00 or over then you will qualify for Free UK First Class Delivery.  Unfortunately the Free Postage option is not available for orders going to non UK delivery addresses. 

Charges within the UK:

• Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class
• There is no minimum order.
• Orders up to £30 have a postal charge of £2.50
• Orders over £30 have FREE delivery
Please note: Free postage is worked out after the discount has been applied if a discount is offered.
• UK orders over £150 are sent via courier, which requires a signature upon receipt.

Charges outside the UK:
All orders with a shipping address outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland are sent recorded delivery. As a result you will incur an extra charge, this extra charge is to ensure the safe delivery of your package, unfortunately the free postage option is not available to non-UK customers. For all European and EU countries the postage cost is £4.95 & for all countries outside of Europe the delivery cost is £9.50.

Postal Details:
Dispatch Times – 1st class and Recorded post. We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being made. (excluding Sat/Sun). For example, if you place your order at 11am on Monday, we aim to dispatch it by Wednesday's post if not before. If placed on Friday, your order should be dispatched by Tuesday at the latest. Please note, if you place your order on Sunday, it will be behind orders placed over Saturday, and therefore we would then aim to dispatch it by Tuesday's post. 

Next Working Day/Special Delivery is guaranteed before 5pm the day after dispatch. In order for your Next Working Day order to be dispatched the same day, and therefore be delivered the next working day, your order needs to be placed by 10am *that* day. Please note, Next Working Day post is only delivered on week days. So if you place your order before 10am on Friday, although it will be dispatched that day, it will not be delivered until Monday. 

For an extra charge, we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed post. If this is required please call us on 0161 274 4040 to discuss it.  All standard 1st class orders over £150 are automatically sent by Courier at no extra charge. If your order is not over £150 but you wish it to be sent by courier, please call us on 0161 274 4040 to discuss costs.

International Delivery Times:
Usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to the rest of Europe, and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

VAT:
All Postal charges are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Returns

At The Bead Shop we always strive to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases and are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unsatisfactory in anyway, we will make every effort to make sure that the situation is resolved to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value or for a full refund for the cost of the product.  

Customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colouring as we want to make sure that all customers will be delighted with their items.  

Please bear in mind all returned items must be within 30-days, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30-days of the date you received the item and it  must be in the original packing and unused. We do have a free postage returns form that can be emailed out to customers should they wish to return goods. Please note that due to our free returns policy we cannot reimburse postage costs incurred by sending goods back without the free returns label.

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
