What's that cable then?

The Belden 19364 is another audiophile delight. This cable is usually found hidden under sheathing on most expensive bespoke power cords and is a secret most branded manufacturers would rather you didn't know about. A 14 AWG cable featuring 41 X 30 conductors, PVC insulation and a 100% Beldfoil shield should be ample enough to excite your ears and eyes.

What about the plugs?

The Audio Friendly  mains plug on this cable comes fitted with a 13 amp fuse and the front prongs are slow buffer polished. Our plugs are designed and manufactured in the same factories as the branded offerings. Their superior construction improves the quality of the connection many times over. We find they really do perform well giving you a transformation that is both immediate and significant. To ensure conductivity is effortless, we finish the contacts with a burst of DeoxIT.

The silver plating on both the figure of 8 and the mains plug is undertaken by a partner company with 20 years of experience in the industry. The process involves heavy deposits of 99% pure silver on the pins and then a buffered polish. The end result is arguably one of the best plugs on the market.

But I hate ground loops!

Don't worry we blanket the bare drain wire inside insulation sheathing and connect it to the earth pin. This gives the cable resilience against mains nasties that would detract you from enjoying your equipment.
