I will answer all emails I receive through my ebay email account. At busy times not all emails make it through so please feel free to email me again if you have not had a timely reply.

Unfortunately I do not have the time to personally send emails confirming that your payment has cleared or that I have posted your parcel. This is “good communication” ebay seller requirement and you should receive an automated confirmation email from ebay. You can also check your “Purchase History” to keep track of your transaction.

In accordance with Australia Post regulations, parcels thicker than 2cm will have a tracking number. I do not email tracking numbers to buyers so please email me if you think your parcel should have arrived, usually 6 business days or less. Please note: items will be sent in a parcel thinner than 2cm if possible and if so they won't have a tracking number. Please email me if you want to find out if your parcel will have a tracking number.

I cannot replace items lost or damaged by Australia Post as once they are posted they are beyond my control.

To ensure the safest possible delivery please ask for Registered Post before you make payment. I will add $3 to your invoice before you pay. If you buy registered post I will email your tracking number to you and you will be required to sign on arrival.
