We sell almost perfect products but always allow for a slight fault and so we describe them as Slight Seconds

The colour of the unpainted finials and holdback faces are either grey and made from resin.

 
All our curtain pole accessories that are sold on ebay are very slight seconds unless stated otherwise. Some have been made using a discontinued resin whilst others have been either partially painted or come with a tiny fault such as a small chip or join line in the resin manufacturing process. Poles are made from wood.
We can  assure you that the finials are all in very good condition and any faults are exceptionally minor.

*Items are usually unpainted. If we have painted items we can not guarantee you will receive the same colour rings poles and brackets...however all our items can be over painted. 
Please note that finials are resin...they are suitable for staining but will require a faux effect to achieve a realistic wood stain finish.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may return it to us for a full refund including the shipping fee to you. 
We do not refund return shipping costs unless the goods are deemed to be faulty (beyond what would be reasonably expect from buying reject seconds stock)
