In Australia items are usually received within 3-6 working days, however we are reliant on Australia Post so please be patient if an item takes a little longer.

For International Purchases:

Airmail items are usually received within 7-20 business days, however variations due to customs etc are common so can take up to 30 days.

Regular airmail postage does not have tracking, so if required, please select the 'REGISTERED' International Postage option.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees/duties/tariffs applicable to your items delivery, so please research this prior to purchasing. We will not accept returns of items due to customs charges that customers weren't expecting.

Please note: The return will only be accepted if it is received in original condition: unopened & unused, with all tamper-resistant seals/packaging intact. We cannot accept returns of used or open cosmetic/skincare/nutritional items due to health & hygiene reasons.

For refunds a restocking fee will apply unless the item was faulty or not as described (contact us before returning for details). For international returns we will refund less the shipping fee & a small restocking fee.

For exchanges return postage costs will be paid by the buyer, and we require payment for the shipment of your replacement item.

Please note that for returns the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend returning via registered post and packaging items carefully to avoid damage as we will not accept damaged returns, or responsibility for returns that don't arrive.

All items are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however in the rare event of a faulty item; please contact us immediately for a replacement. If the original item is not available, a different item of the same value can be selected, or a full refund will be issued once the fault is confirmed.
