30 Day Warranty
We include a 30 day warranty and return policy on the entire machine from the date of purchase. If a problem exists when you receive your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we have a chance to resolve the issue quickly and ensure your complete satisfaction. For a 30 day warranty claim, we will cover your return shipping up to a pre-authorized cost which covers priority shipping back to us. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping on returns. Please do not ship back to us without first contacting us for authorization. Warranty claims are only for hardware issues. While we are happy to advise on software or OS issues, Apple is more than happy to help you with those types of concerns.
6 Month At-Cost Warranty
We pass on the savings of our parts supplier so you only pay what we pay to replace the damaged part. If there is a drive, memory, battery, or adapter issue within 6-months, we will replace those for free. Drop the computer and break the screen or spill water on the computer? We will diagnose for free within 6-months and give you the best deal on a repair that we can. We care about our customers loving their Macs for years to come. Customers are responsible for shipping on 6-month at-cost warranty claims.
This Warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause.
