With a history of over 10 years, Our company is one of the 6 Microsoft Authorized Refurbishers (MAR) in Canada since
2012.The modern world is turning to be disposable one, but we do not agree with this. As a member of Reuse and
Refurbishement organizations in Ontario, it is our mandate to extend obsolete computers life expectancy so as to
reduce electronic waste at our only planet. To meet our clients’ needs and at the same time to make the world a
cleaner place are our greatest pleasures.
We dedicate ourselves to recycling corporate offleased computers and computer parts by professionally
reassembling and refurbishing desktop and laptop computers back to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
specification with genuine Microsoft software.
Shipping Policy
We offer Fedex for domestic shipping, and fedex or USPS for US shipping.
For US orders, shipping option is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes.
For Canadian orders, shipping options is not available to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut or PO Boxes.
All packages will be shipped the following business day after the payment is cleared.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. We understand that not every purchase is a good fit for every customer. That's why we make the
return process as simple as possible using the eBay interface. We offer One Year Warranty on all hardware issues for this
Ipad 2. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date. Accidental damage is not covered and
all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover any software issues
and unauthorized repair/upgrades. A RMA number will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty.
You can claim a refund for any Ipad 2 not working properly within the first 14 days of arrival. Any missing parts or accessories
must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued minus $20USD handling and 10% restocking fee
(10% of the original price of the product). Buyers are responsible for shipping any malfunctioning items within the warranty period. All
returns require the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us using eBay message.
No System can be returned without authorization from the Canbdnet RMA Department, they will provide instructions on what
needs to be done. Item returned for replacement or refund must be accompanied with Receipt, RMA# and properly packed with
the original item.
Feedback Policy
We work towards 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, in a human operated business, human mistakes may
happen. If an issues occurs, please let us fix the problem before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We are

Payment
We only accept PayPal as a method of payment at the moment. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal.
We reserve the right to deny any payment if it is considered to be fraudulent or suspicious.
Payment must be received within 4 days of the date of purchase. Otherwise, if no contact has been
established, the listing will be void and non-paying bidder (NPB) reported to eBay.
