PayPal
All payments will be accepted from PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you are able to use PayPal as a guest, and pay via PayPal using your debit or credit card. Please visit the PayPal website for more information on this. We do not accept payment by any means other than PayPal.
Credit Cards
We also accept all major credit cards, Please note, credit card payments can only be taken over the phone. Please complete your order with us and leave a contact number, a member of our staff will be in touch for payment as soon as possible
Cheques
We can also accept payment via cheque, please contact us for our postage address. No items will be shipped until payment has cleared
Cash On Collection
We are happy for items to be collected and paid for in person, we are based in Crewe, Cheshire

Shipping
All items are shipped within 1 working day, usually the same day if ordered before 2pm.
We offer a choice of postage options.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, this is usually a 2-3 working day working service, fully tracked.
Larger items may be sent using Parcelforce 48 hours.
Express Delivery
We can also offer an express service, which comes with additional cost, you will have tp select this option at the checkout stage - we use Royal Mail tracked 24 hour service or Parcelforce 24 hour for larger items.
Returns
Any faults must be advised to us within 7 days or receipt of the item; any items damaged in transit MUST be advised within 24hr. . Please DO NOT RETURN any item before contacting us first, we may be able to solve the issue. If, when we receive the item back and no fault is found, we cannot offer a refund on any return costs and you will be liable for the carriage cost for its return to you, if a pre-paid return label is used, you will also be charged for the cost of this. Most products carry a 30day guarantee. However, this will only apply where the item has been subject to normal usage and has not suffered any form of misuse. Please note that problems are rare given the large quantity of products we supply to customers around the world.
