Designer Fabrics Online is a sub division of our retail outlets that have been established for over 15 years and we are one of the leading suppliers of fabrics within the East Midlands and beyond.

Payment is via PayPal only.

Delivery

Here at the Designer Fabric Store, we value your custom and want you to experience the best customer service possible.

All orders are processed and packed so that you receive your goods in the best condition possible and in the quickest time.

We allow one working day for your goods to be processed and then most orders will arrive with the buyer within 3-5 working days unless you have opted for our 24-48hr courier in which case your order should arrive within 2 working days.

If goods have had to be ordered in from the manufacturer, then these times may increase but you will be kept up to date with any progress regularly by one of our customer service agents.

Returns

Any item must be returned to ourselves within 14 working days from receipt

All items must be returned on an insured and signed for service for your own safety.  The buyer will be responsible for posting fees for the return

Items that are NOT in their original form cannot be refunded ( ie. cut, washed)

All returns MUST be cleared by us before hand; and returned with a returns code

Checking the Cloth

In spite of the fact that materials are carefully checked, mistakes can happen.

If you are making this cloth up for someone else or are getting an item made you must check the correct cloth is being used before cutting. We take no responsibility for issues caused by not checking the cloth before cutting/upholstering.
