Acquired at a surplus auction about 10 years ago.  Looks very similar to the Millipore Dispensing Vessel (even has Alloy Products on the bottom plastic) except there is only 3 fittings (Millipore has 4).  This tank appears to be by AMICON which is printed on the cam cover and the 125 psi pressure relief valve is also by Amicon.  The black o-ring on the cam cover needs to be replaced (it had become sticky).  The cam cover from a Millipore comes close to fitting but not quite.  The o-ring from the Millipore appears to fit and can be ordered at at emdmillipore.com   The outlet has a dip tube to the vessel bottom as does the Millipore.  List price of the Millipore is $1490
