Custom forms will be legally filled out as merchandise and Buyers are responsible for any Duties, Taxes and Fees Levied by their own Country Customs Office. If you need to return your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. You will be refunded the purchase price provided the item is returned in the same new condition as when shipped. Clothing that is returned with strong scent of perfume will be charged a $7.50 Dry Cleaning fee and this amount will be deducted from the refund. Return processing time generally takes a few days. All items must be received by us within 10 days from the date of notification to return item or return is voided. Any packages refused by buyer and marked return to sender will not be accepted. Any item returned to seller with postage due will also be refused.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost after you return the damages or wrong item you received. (A picture of the damaged part may be required to ensure we send the correct replacement). Buyer must report these conditions to Fancy Fashion Gal via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or items purchased will be presumed to be in excellent condition and without fault.

This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified, or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Fancy Fashion Gal reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be refunded or replaced. Fancy Fashion Gal makes no other warranty and no implied warranties, including any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Fancy Fashion Gal maximum liability here under is limited to the purchase price of the products. In no event shall Fancy Fashion Gal be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
