Delivery
{C}Ø {C}Once payment is cleared your order will be possessed within 24 hour.
{C}Ø {C}we do offer combine postage and offer postage discount on multi items. Combine postage means first item will be charged normal delivery and each additional on discount postal rate.
{C}Ø {C}If you are not at home when your parcel is being delivered, the courier driver will either:
{C}· Leave the parcel in a secure location
{C}· Leave the parcel with a neighbour
{C}· Take the parcel back with them, You will be left a card advising you on what has been done.
{C}Ø {C}Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange or guarantee this
Postage time is as follows:
{C}Ø {C}For UK: 1-3 working days
{C}Ø {C}For EU 3-6 working days
{C}Ø {C}For Rest of the world 5-7 working days
Returns, Refunds& Exchange
1. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn / used; with all tags attached.
2. Please note that we do have the right to reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn, misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit.
3. Please note that if you are returning item then return postage cost will be paid by customer.
4. The customer must cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels are sent to us using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. You will be given a tracking number by the post office, which you will need to ensure that the parcel has reached us safely
5. Please note that it takes up to 4 working days to process a return so please bear that in mind with the time it will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account.
6. If you would like to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the items you would like. The item should be returned as laid out in the returns policy above.
7. We are happy to accept refunds within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn / used; with all tags attached.
