Due to hygienic reasons toiletries cannot be returned once opened and try out. Please consider this before first use. Allergic reaction to one of ingredients are personal and therefore cannot be predicted by us, it might be due to medication you are on or skin condition you've got that's way we can't be responsible for this kind of situations. Damaged/ defective goods:
In an item is damaged or defective, then will be happy to refund you for the value of the item or send you replacement. Please retain all faulty goods and contact us asap.
