Andersen Royal Shopper Plus with Ortlieb Bag in Lemon

Shopper Plus with Ortlieb bag provides almost ''bottomless'' storage space, and legendary Ortlieb robustness and rugged looks. Andersen Shopper trolleys are made in Germany and have a 3-year factory warranty.

The aluminium frame of this this Shopper is the Royal Shopper Plus. It is collapsable for easy storage. It is fitted with pneumatic tyres, mud guards and axles with sealed ball bearings, making it ideal for towing with your bicycle. There is provision for a battery-powered LED tail light at the base of the Shopper, to enhance your visibility at night. When shopping, the frame has an in-built hook system to allow you to hang it fron the front of a standard supermarket trolley- tres convenient!

The bag of this Andersen Shopper is manufactured by Ortlieb, legendary for their waterproof and durable expidition-grade cycling bags. The Ortlieb bag features a large compartment with an in-built pocket for small items. The Ortlieb bag is easily detachable from the aluminium frame. The bag uses the traditional folding top to protect contents from the weather. The top of the sac is secured by a metal clip.

The bag is waterproof, and can carry 50kg of goods with an enourmous 49 litre capacity. Reflective strips will ensure you are seen at night. Available in Lemon or Black.

For Connecting to a bicycle, on the trolley frame you will need the Andersen Shopper Attachment set (part number 6-619-80) which is sold separately. On the bicycle, you will need either the BIG EASY coupling (part number 6-612-80) that fits to the seat post stays of the bicycle, or a compatible Pletscher or Racktime bicycle racks.

We really want you to be pleased with your purchase from Eurocycles but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will do our best to help you. Below we've outlined possible questions you may have regarding our returns policy. Is it possible to return my order?

Yes you can return part of, or your full order, our refund policies are below:

Unwanted or Unsuitable Products

All returned items must be in their original unspoilt packaging and in a saleable condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us and we will refund the purchase price of the product as soon as we receive it back.

If the product is not received by us in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and you will have to pay for its return to you.

Please be extra careful when returning fragile items as we can only refund them if they are in an unbroken and in saleable condition.

Damaged Products

If you wish to return an item that is faulty, then please contact us using the email address or telephone number below and include as much information as possible. We will reply to you to get any extra information that we may need, which may include photos of the product and the packaging.

Please include a covering note with your name and address along with your eBay ID and item number. When it gets back to us it will be refunded immediately.

Please do not return anything until you have an authorisation number. We will refund the cost of you returning it to us as long as you have notified us beforehand and obtained a return authorisation number and have used the cheapest possible service to send it back to us.

How do I organise a return?

Please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of the delivery date to organise the return of your item(s).

 When sending an email please provide the following information:

  • Your e-mail address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

All return requests will receive an email confirmation and authorisation number. Please make sure you have this authorisation number and quote it in your cover note before returning any product to Eurocycles.

What if my item becomes faulty?

If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How long does it take to process a return?

We aim to process your return request within a week of receiving the product. Please make sure faulty or damaged goods are returned in their original packaging so as not to delay the return process.  Please bear in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas the process may take longer than normal.
