RETURN AND RESTOCKING DETAILS

Please read our restocking details and fees before ordering.  Our restocking fees are high due to accidental ordering and folks not checking for proper dimensions or other details on these parts. Please read the listing’s details on proper dimensions and measurements before ordering. If you do not see the dimensions or proper measurements please contact me and please wait for me to answer before ordering. I usually try to get back to everyone in a 48 hour period. Also I’m not a master builder I wouldn’t know the exact measurements on such and such instruments as all instruments may be different sizes. The buyer is responsible for measuring their own instruments and making sure that any parts from ntune may fit. If not then these fees will apply in returning your item along with return shipping. All items must be intact and in new condition as received by the buyer before returning to us in order to qualify for a refund.

The only time we will wave these fees is if you: received damaged goods, received the wrong item or received an item that was not properly explained in the listing’s details. No exceptions.

All orders paid for are immediately processed and shipped out Monday – Friday. All Saturday and Sunday orders are processed and shipped out on the following Monday morning if not the day of. I usually try to send everything out the day of purchase however I am not always able to do this on the weekends.
