If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch via the send the seller a message first.
I will reply to all messages and will do my up most to ensure a satisfactory outcome
If your item has arrived Damaged or Faulty for whatever reason I will always resolve this, whether it be a full refund or send out a replacement.
But again please send me a message first before going through any eBay resolution case so I can have a chance of resolving the issue.
Postage
Items that are larger than a Large Letter are sent via www.myhermes.co.uk and a tracking number will be supplied via email
Items that are a large letter or under will be sent via royal mail 2nd class.
If a different postage is required please ask.
