Se scegli il Bonifico Bancario, ricorda di inserire la "causale" nella descrizione o nel campo relativo al pagamento. L'assenza di questo riferimento non permette al tuo ordine di andare a buon fine. Il pagamento con bonifico può richiedere fino a dieci giorni per l'approvazione e durante questo periodo non sarà possibile riservare gli articoli scelti.

TEMPI DI CONSEGNA

Il corriere consegna fra le 9.00 e le 17.00, dal lunedì al venerdì. La consegna avverrà entro 24/48 ore (supplemento per le isole). Non si consegna su appuntamento.

GARANZIA SUI PRODOTTI E RESO

I prodotti messi in vendita da Emmegizero sono conformi alle normative comunitarie. Il Venditore sarà esente da ogni responsabilità derivante dall’errato montaggio o dall' utilizzo di un prodotto non adatto su un veicolo.
L' eventuale restituzione di un prodotto deve avvenire, con spese a carico dell'acquirente, entro e o non oltre 14 giorni dalla consegna.
Il rimborso verrà emesso dopo circa 3 settimane in seguito alla valutazione del nostro team di controllo qualità dopo la constatazione che i prodotti restituiti non siano stati usati o manomessi, pena il rifiuto del reso con spese a carico dell' acquirente.

CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA

Dopo avere effettuato l'ordine, sarà inviata una mail di conferma, contenente in allegato il riepilogo dell' acquisto che dovrà essere verificato, controllando che i dati in essa contenuti siano corretti. Qualora ci siano errori sarà importante segnalarlo tempestivamente tramite le opzioni di contatto disponibili.

Le immagini e i dati tecnici a corredo della scheda di un prodotto possono non essere complete ed esaustive delle caratteristiche proprie ma differenti (per esempio: peso, volume ecc.).
Emmegizero si riserva la possibilità, una volta ricevuto l'ordine, di verificarne la disponibilità, in mancanza, di comunicare tempestivamente la mancata accettazione dell'ordine.

Il contratto stipulato tra i cliente e Emmegizero è da intendersi concluso solo dopo l'invio della mail di accettazione da parte del venditore.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS
