Shipping

All items under £30 will be shipped by Royal Mail standard first class. Delivery time 1-2 working days

All items above £30 but under £75 will be shipped using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Delivery time 1-2 working days.

All items above £75 or certain size parcels ie wheelsets, frame, suspension forks etc  will be sent with Interlink Express on a 24 hour service. Delivery time 24hours.

Standard price for this service is £7.50 but to Mainland UK only. Offshore address inc Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc costs from £18. Depending on the size and value of the item(s) I will use Royal Mail at my discretion.

Terms

No items will be despatched without confirmation of cleared funds. Cheque payment will require a 3-5 day clearing process upon which your item(s) will be despatch within 24 hours of clearance. Credit/debit cards can now be taken.

Returns

 Buyers are entitled to return any items within 7 days(cooling off period) for a refund if you are not entirely happy with the product you have received. However unless the product is defective or you feel you were misled then any postage costs incurred by TripleButted Cycling or the customer will not be refunded. These statement is written is accordance  'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' act. Any product that has been damaged or defaced will not be accepted back for any reason.
