Condition explained

Grade A:  Brand New item in unmarked condition comes complete with its original box and instruction guide.

Grade A-:  Either an ex-display or an unwanted customer return almost in as new condition usually comes complete with its original box and instruction guide (in some instance instruction guide could be a photo copy) or new stock with slightly distressed packaging. If no box/instruction booklets provided it will be clearly stated within the listing.

Grade B+: Customer returns in graded condition with minimal signs of use. Complete with accessories (may not have instruction books or photocopy of the original). May not be in original boxes. Leather strap may be lightly worn but still in good wearable condition/ or it has been replaced with brand new aftermarket high quality straps similar to the original ones. We would rate the condition 8-9 out of 10.

Grade B-: Customer returns with more visible signs of usage, scratches/ marks from usage. Leather strap may be worn but still in wearable condition/ or it has been replaced with aftermarket high quality straps similar to the original ones. We would rate the condition 7-8/10. It may not come boxed with instruction (unless stated).

Grade C: Well used items with very visible signs of use. Worn Straps/ scratches on bracelet, back case, marks on the glass. They will be in working condition. But will benefit from replacing straps/ bracelet. They will not come in box or with instruction booklets (unless stated).

Grade D: Damage items or in non-working condition. Only good for spares or repair. They will not come in box or with instruction booklets. No returns accepted on this category.

Grade E: Untested customer returns. Usually faulty with minor or major repair required. Or only just good for spares. They will not come in box or with instruction booklets. No returns accepted on this category.

Payment should be made within 24hrs of buying the item.

IMPORTANT:  Returns accepted if the item is faulty - within 14 days for exchange or refund from the day it's received. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received in. Please notify us as soon as you can to resolve any problems regarding the item.  If you have changed your mind, please let us know so we can authorise a return. In this case you will be responsible for returning the item in the same condition as it’s received and you will be issued with the original amount paid minus the initial postage cost (usually £3.00 for small items. It may be more for larger items)

Postage: In order to offer a free UK postage service, we use cheap and reliable courier service such as myHermes, Inpost UK Locker etc... Please bear in mind that delivery might take up to 3-5 working days. But usually delivered much quicker (2-3 working days). If you prefer a quicker service we could post it via Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days for subsidized fee of £3.00.
