A: 2G smart watches do not have operating system whose functions are fixed in designing period, and provide little space for user expansion. For example, Our W90, KW18, GT88 smart watch.

We usually say the watch is not compatible with iPhone if it did not provide APP for iPhone.
Q:How do I know whether the watch can support iPhone or not?
Generally speaking, 3G smart watch can support iPhone, as for 2G smart watch, it depends on CPU and Bluetooth Version. For example, MTK6260 and MTK6261 are equipped with Bluetooth 3.0, they do not support iPhone. Q:What should I do if the watch is unable to start?
Generally speaking, we will charge the watch to more than 50% before shipping. However, due to the long delivery time or shipping bumps, the watch may unable to start. In this case, you can peel off the plastic insulation on battery, then reinstall battery and charge the watch with large electric current.
Q:What to do if I cannot connect watch with phone?
There are two methods of connecting watch with phone, open the Bluetooth in both watch and phone, you can search watch in phone or search phone in watch. If any method is unable, please change to the other method.
Q:What should I do if I cannot receive message or information when I connect APP with my phone?
First of all, you can check whether the watch is really connected with your phone or not by using anti-lost function. If you can find your watch, it means the APP is truly connected with your phone, otherwise, please reconnect the app with your phone. Then please check whether the APP is put in mistrust list in setting- security of phone. Finally, please check the setting of APP to know whether message or information is banned.
Q:What do you mean by IP** waterproof level?
We generally use IP ** to represent waterproof rating of watch. The first digit indicates the anti-dust or anti-solid range, the highest level is 6; the second digit indicates the waterproof level of device, the highest level is 8. As for the specific waterproof level of each watch, please refer to the description of waterproof level.
Q:How do I know the heart rate is accurate or not?
You can test your heart rate and get a point (e.g. 85).when you take the watch off, if the point changes a lot, (e.g. 20),then we can say the heart rate is accurate; if the point changes a little,(e.g. 83),the heart rate may not be accurate.
