We ship engraved, personalized gift orders within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and our regularly scheduled site and inventory maintenance in October and January).

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been received without a $25.00 change fee after we discuss engraving via emails.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail** Due to package size and product mix, some orders may ship in multiple packages under the same tracking number.

We also offer Fast Track if you are in a hurry for your product (5 business days) for $30. If you choose Fast Track, please do not pay until I send you an invoice. If you are buying a large number of items for a special occasion, please give us 2-3 weeks.
