Thank you for your interest in this vintage mountain bike fork with a history of low to moderate use. There are minor marks and scratches from use. There's no record of recent of service. The fork compresses and extends.  The preload knobs have good function.  The 1-1/8 inch threadless steerer  is cut to a length of 174mm
