Payment
We accept payment via Paypal only. Payment must be made within 5 days, Non-payment may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item), eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total. Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the paypal notes section when you make payment International buyers--PLEASE CAREFULLY NOTE: (A) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping and handling. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility. (B) Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Shipping
Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification. We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Your PAYPAL address must match your Shipping address. Service transit time is provided by the carrier. It takes about 10-15 working days to US; about 10-30 working days to other countries.Transit times may be a little delayed during holiday season. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
Returns
You have 14 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID. We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item), after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Or you may have a replacement. Return shipping should be paid by buyer. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period of one month (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. We don?t repair or replace items with an expired warranty.
