While we have been establishing a growing base of faithful customers, we regret that recent events have prompted us to establish certain delivery/return policies. (The alternative would be to increase our prices in order to insure every package we ship, and stop shipping to certain countries.) Our ability to continue to offer you low prices depends on our ability to stay in business, and we appreciate your help making that happen.By purchasing this item, buyer agrees to abide by the following policies: Tracking within the U.S.: When a package is late, and tracking stops somewhere within the U.S., buyer agrees to inform , and allow 30 days beyond that date for the shipping carrier to locate it for us, before requesting a refund. "Lost" packages are often found, even weeks later, and continue to their destination. Ebay's standard time frame for resolving late packages is inadequate with respect to USPS' ability to locate them, and we are not a large enough operation to be able to write off every package that is delayed a few days en route. International shipping: is not responsible for the delivery of packages once they have passed through U.S. Customs (typically, ISC in Jamaica, NY). When tracking, or subsequent USPS investigation, shows the package has departed U.S. Customs, the buyer agrees to take up the matter with his own postal service, rather than file a claim or request a refund from us. (If tracking stops before it departs U.S. Customs, see "Domestic Tracking" above.) Opening claims: If there is a problem with your item when it arrives, we ask that you please contact us before opening a claim on eBay and describe the problem. The mere act of opening a case--even if the problem turns out to be a misunderstanding--immediately counts against the seller. Our good track record with eBay keeps our costs down--which means it keeps your costs down! Returning items as defective: Some of the devices that we sell are commercial grade, and may have quirks that make them less than "user-friendly". We have years of industry experience working with this equipment (and in the case of Mikrotik, current advanced certification), and will do our best to troubleshoot the problem from a distance. Please let us help. If an item that was returned as defective, turns out to be in good working order, buyer agrees to cancel the claim and pay for return shipping.
