We Only charge what it costs us to send by Royal mail via Recoded delivery Only or Hermes. We will pay for packaging charges/services includes Tissue, bubble wraps and strong opaque sealed bags etc for safe delivery.

We dispatch QUICKLY [3-5 days a week], Some items go same day, MOST items go next day and some items go within 2 days. We mainly use Royal Mail & Hermes as our shipping partner and UK typical delivery takes 2-4 working days [2nd recorded] [not include weekend/holiday], Europe by International Signed For and Rest of the World [USA, Canada, Australia etc] by Airsure mainly for Trackable safer and secure delivery/receiving of parcels.

We recommend you take insured delivery to prevent items from loss or damage in the post or in transit and I will obtain a receipts/tacking number as proof of posting. Should the unseen happen, we shall work together until the matter is resolved.
Highlands, Islands & other remote areas may take longer to deliver goods.
We endeavour to do our best to list shipping cost as accurate as possible but price reflects on weight of individual item & packets size parcels...

Returns can be accepted if stated on the listing and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect, please note NOT all items are returnable for various reason, see individual listing and returns.

Goods can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy, i.e. We MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item. If this is the case the item MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items),  any seals on the product remain unbroken & for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used.
I recommend that you return via recorded/signed postal service, it’s your responsibility to return items safely as I won’t be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit.

Once the item is retuned in satisfactory condition I will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the postage costs. Change of mind post and returned postal charges are non refundable.

Sorry NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons.

If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received a decision from Royal Mail, this can take up to 6-8 weeks from the date of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
