Items Included in this Sale: Toshiba Laptop with a replacement AC Power Adapter.  The adapter is not the one that originally came with the laptop.  The original packaging/box is not available and is not included. 

Condition:  This is a previously used item and does have a few light scratches/scuffs on the lid and bottom case.  The keys, touchpad, & palmrest show some wear from use.  The screen does not have any scratches.

Functionality:   Tested and in 100% working condition.

Computers:  We sell used and refurbished items.  Since you are buying a used/refurbished item, please expect some signs of use like scratches, nicks, scuffs, dents, etc.  We do our best to describe the items condition, but it is not possible to tell you every single little scratch or ding on each individual item.  It is also difficult to get some scratches, scuffs, or dings to show up in pictures (especially if they are on a glossy surface or screen)

Where do our items come from?

We purchase the majority of our systems from liquidation centers and refurbish the units to working condition when needed.  We do our best to describe the history, condition, & functionality of each unit to the best of our knowledge.  Please keep in mind that we do not have any history on these units so all we can provide is what we have determined in our testing process. 

Warranty and Returns

A 14-day Dead on Arrival or Damage in shipping warranty is offered on almost all items.  The exception to this are any items listed and being sold As Is “For Parts or Not Working”.   Any item listed “For Parts or Not Working” will have no warranty and we will not accept returns

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned to us that is not defective or damaged

Some of the items we sell are still covered under manufacture warranty.  If you are experiencing problems with functionality, please contact the manufacture and utilize the warranty.

Exchanges may be available on some products

Payment and Checkout

We accept payments via PayPal only.  Payments must be received within 4 days from the auction/sale end date. If payment is not received, a dispute will automatically be opened in eBay for non-payment. This is an automatic process not manual so please pay promptly.

Shipping

Your item will ship within 1 business day of your payment being received and cleared through PayPal.  We process orders and ship items Monday through Friday only.  Our office is closed on Weekends and Holidays. 

Small items are shipped USPS First Class or Parcel Post mail.  USPS Priority Mail is available for a small fee and must be selected at checkout.

We use FedEx Ground or Home Delivery to ship larger items.  Most FedEx Ground/Home Delivery packages are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.  If you need FedEx 2-Day or Overnight options, please send us a message with your zip code and we will send you the cost.

All items include a tracking number, which is uploaded to eBay for your reference.  Any item over $250.00 will be insured and will require a signature upon delivery

International Buyers

We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for any international shipment.  We are unable to edit charges for shipping, custom fees, or import taxes.  Please refer to eBay’s help pages for information on how this program works.  To calculate shipping to your country, please use the shipping calculator in the listing.  We will only ship to the countries listed in the shipping calculator.
