Damaged Item: We package to ensure safe delivery. However, if an item you receive is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Photos of the damage will be required to file a claim. 

International Customers: We work with eBay's Global Shipping Program, following their program policy. All Customs, Fees, Duties, Taxes, Shipping Charges, etc. are the buyer's responsibility.
