Your order within Australia is posted within 24-48 hours after your purchase by Express Post 500g satchel. This satchel be tracked online at www.auspost.com.au/track. Delivery is usually within 24 hours of posting to Sydney metropolitan areas, and between 48 and 72 hours for most interstate metropolitan areas. New Zealand delivery times are between 3 and 7 days from posting.

Shipping Internationally 

Your order outside Australia is posted by Australia Registered Post within 24-48 hours to the address you provide for $35. You cannot track your parcel via this service ( Australia Post ) but photos of the parcel at the post office counter will be provided. Delivery may take 4-6 weeks depending on your local post office system and how it is delivered to your door. Note: If the watch you ordered is out of stock at any circumstances, we will inform you straight away when exactly we post your watch to you or we arrange for refund if found as discontinued model. Pack & Track Post also the best choice to post with and cost the same price but only minority countries are available to track item online. 

Another option is to post it via EMS which could reach your address within 5 working days and provides tracking at www.ems.post/tracking. This service is at an estimated cost of $75 and is available upon request. If you would like us to post with EMS just after paying your item and transaction is complete, you go back to your Paypal again to send $30 extra to our Paypal email address so that we know you request for fast shipping via EMS.

Firstly, please contact us before returning any item. Watches are a delicate piece of jewellery and each return needs to be assessed on a case by case basis and we will advise you of the best course of action

Should you need to make a warranty claim, please make sure you contact us directly first before shipping the product back and we will advise you of the best course of action. Should an item be sent to the manufacturer and it is not covered by the warranty, a quote will be given before any further work takes place. For all warranty claims it is important you keep your invoice and warranty booklet provided with each watch.

In the instance of a return for credit, our standard conditions are that all products must be returned in their original unworn condition with the bracelet, strap or clasp un-sized. All packaging, manuals, protective tape/plastics and hanging tags must be fully intact and never removed from the watch. The order must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost and in the same form as payments received. Returns must be shipped via a trackable delivery.
