If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
can return or exchange item at any time within 14 days. If you believe there is
a quality issue with your item, Please
contact us within 7 days, it may be returned for a refund within 14 days; or
exchanged or returned for store credit at any time.
14 Days Exchange and Returns Policy
We only accept return if the item is in original brand new
condition. Buyers must contact us within 14 Days of receipt of the package.
Items returned for replacement, buyers are responsible for the reshipping fee.
If item returned for refund (Not due to damaged item itself or wrong item
sent), Buyers are responsible for the reshipping payment as well as the
restocking fee which is 15% of the original price of the item. Buyers must
ship the package back to us within 14 days of receipt. When returning item,
buyers must include the packing slip of the original order. Also, please
include a note that says the reason for the return.
Apparel Exchange or Returns
If
you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its
original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within
14 days for exchange or refund. Due to the limited availability of our apparel,
exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Products Exchange or Returns
To
return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team
within 7 days. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return
label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the item and have validated
the damage/defect, we will process the replacement or you will be refunded the
price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds
will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the
item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to
us, and we must be able to validate the damage/defect.
Most
figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often
hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of
product and, in fact, often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has
a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has
missing parts, etc.), we'll be happy to exchange it for replacement.
Undeliverable Packages
If
a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify buyer of the
return by email and issue a refund (excluding shipping charges). For All Free
Shipping item, we will charge 15% restocking fee of item original price. If
buyer would like to keep the return item, buyers are responsible for the
reshipping payment as well.
Our
carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons,
including some not listed below:
• Incorrect or out-of-date address
• P.O. Box format (Please enter P.O
Box shipping address as “P.O. Box” followed by the number.
• Due to weight and dimensional
limits, some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Other address problems
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refused by recipient

International Customs Fee
Shipping
costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for any applicable
duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country or the carrier on their behalf
to get the package through customs. International customers are responsible for
all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office
for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are
assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are
the responsibility of the recipient. It is our policy not to lower values of
goods shipped.
If
you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed
as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for
the refused items once they are returned to us in re-sellable condition;
however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that
may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund.
If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company,
you will have to speak with them directly about getting your fees refunded.
Usually, we will reply email within 24 hours
in order which we received (excluded Saturday, Sunday and Holiday).
