Postage & Handling Charges within Australia:

Free Shipping on selected items (dies, embossing folders, etc.). We will upgrade the shipping service to Registered Post for all domestic orders value over $60. 

For Items with Postage - We offer combine shipping and will work out the most economical shipping options for you. 

Registered & Express Postage options are also available for all orders at extra cost. 

Your orders will be dispatched within two business days after the payment is received. The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Australia is between 5-10 business days after your order has been dispatched (2-3 business days for Express Delivery).
 

Postage Charges for International Orders:

AUD$8 flat rate shipping per order (regardless of the qty of items ordered). They will be shipped via trackable airmail which takes approximately 7-12 business days to arrive. The flat rate postage only applies to dies, cling stamps, embossing folders, stencils, and certain cardstock/paper pack. For bulkier items, additional postage charges may be applied.

If you would like to purchase more than one item, please send us a message prior to payment so we can manually adjust the shipping charges for you.

** International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and custom fees assigned by your custom.

Payment Mehods
Craftie Cafe accept Paypal for all customers and direct deposit, cheques, money orders for Australian customers. For direct deposit, please ensure you leave your name and order number as a reference. When paying via Paypal, please ensure the correct shipping address is selected. All credit card payments can be made easily and securely through paypal. You don't need to sign up with Paypal to make the payment.

Payment is due within 5 days of purchase unless agreed to prior to purchase. If payment is not received within these time frames, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we will not be held responsible for any loss of parcel due to an incorrect shipping address given to us.

If you purchase an item by mistake and would like to cancel the transaction or exchange for other items before the item has been posted, simply send us a message and we will accommodate your request. We accept returns for unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning any item. Shipping costs are not refundable (including items listed as free shipping) and will be taken off from the refund amount. 15% restocking fee may be applied in case of change of mind returns.

Items listed "Available" on our store are to the best of our knowledge. Some items will sometimes run low and are sold out without prior notice to us. Should an item your purchase be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue to advise expected delivery time. You have an option either change or cancel your order at this time.
