Our usual delivery method is via Royal Mails 2nd Class Service (which usually takes 2-5 working days to arrive in the UK). Occasionally we may use other services. If you would like an alternative service, please select this at checkout or contact us.

Please note some parcels may be too big to fit through your letterbox, and/or require a signature on receipt. The Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost or missing until 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the buyer receiving the item (unless otherwise stated in the listing above). All items must be returned to us in the same (unopened, unused) condition you received it in.

If the item is damaged, please return all original packaging with it. For items of less than £40 in value, we recommend you return it to us using standard 2nd class delivery and obtain a free Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office.
