Returns 

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as we understand that buying clothing online can be difficult.

We will refund or exchange providing you adhere to the following:
Please return your item within 30 days of receipt with the original invoice included in your parcel. All references to proccess your return or exchange, are on your invoice and should this be missing this may result in your item being unrecognized, therefore you will not receive a refund or exchange.

Please take care when trying items on. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items which are not sent back in the same condition as received. For example, with makeup marks, dirt etc. Clothing must not be purchased with the intent to "borrow or "loan", to then be returned.

If the item doesn't fit, then please place in original packaging and send back within 14 days with your original invoice included in the parcel. All tags must be still on the items, in order to issue a refund. We accept that a items will be "tried on" but we will not accept a refund on an item which has been "worn". If the items are sent back in used condition, without tags and or original packaging, a refund will not be issued and we may send your item back. We will provide credit for customers who wish to send back sale items.

In the unlikely event of a return, please keep your receipt safe just in case you need to track your parcel.
Please allow approx. 10 days for your refund to clear back into your account.
The item must be sent back in the same condition as received.

Please note: Refunds are not accepted on reduced items, sale items or items that are discounted.
 

In the event an item is returned, we ask that all postage fees are met by the expense of the buyer. We will only refund on the value of the item. If you would like to exchange an item, the same principle applies for postage fees, however, delivery of your new item is free!

Refund will not be issued if items are returned to us in used condition. If the original packaging and or tags are missing refund will also not be issued and we may return your item back to you.
