Delivery
of your item/s will be within 2-3 working days (UK) or 7-10 working days (Rest
of World) of us receiving the cleared payment through PayPal.

All items are sent on a signed delivery
service for both UK and International addresses.
We do recommend that someone is at the
delivery address to accept the item/s.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your goods we are happy to offer a refund on unworn goods if received back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered.
All goods being returned must be sealed in their original box, and then safely packaged. Please wrap the shoebox in plastic bag or paper to prevent any damage to shoes and/or the box. Currently we don't offer a free returns service you are responsible for the return of the items. Make sure that your correct contact details are in with the returned goods. If there are no contact details in with the goods we will not be able to process the return. Any refunds given will be less postage costs.
