We deliver all around the world, and products are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, Australia. Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post International Priority Airmail
All in stock orders placed before 1:00pm ACST will be shipped no later than the following business day. In most cases, orders will be shipped the same day up to 1:00pm ACST.
We endeavour to ship pre ordered items before release so you receive as close to the release date as possible.

We also offer a personalised service where a member of staff will personally deliver your parcel by private jet, with your items wrapped in a custom made, velvet lined, ebony burl wood box. Extra charges apply for this amazing service. Please contact us for further information.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet!
Unfortunately International Airmail items are shipped via a service which is not trackable. In the event where you are one of the minute percentage of unfortunate people whose parcel goes astray, we will replace your parcel, however we must wait a period of 30 calendar days in order for the parcel to be deemed lost. Please be patient, as more often than not the parcel has simply hit a bit of a delay, and will show up soon!

Are your Blu-ray Movies compatible in the UK/EU?
Yes! Australian Bluray movies are region B just like those throughout the UK and EU.
Are these games compatible in the UK/EU?
All of the games on BeatTheBomb are Australian and UK PAL. All titles are 100% compatible with UK/EU PAL consoles. This includes any DLC (downloadable content)
The only exception to this rule is Nintendo Points cards included in Wii, WiiU and 3DS games. These must be used in the Australian Nintendo EShop.
