Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail directly from our warehouse in New York for FREE. Orders over $200 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Most orders are shipped within 2 days, but please note that transit times are estimates which are not guaranteed by the USPS. If you require expedited shipping for your order, contact us for additional options. Payment is required at checkout for all items.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International which usually takes approximately 6-10 business days (in addition to our 2 day processing time). Priority Mail International costs $45 for the first pair of shoes and $15 for each additional pair ordered (except to Canada which costs $30 for the first pair and $10 for each additional pair). Payment is required at checkout for each individual item, so if you are purchasing 2 or more different items, we will credit you for additional postage paid after your order is completed.

Billing/Shipping Address

For your security and ours, we require that your Paypal shipping address is Confirmed, which means that your shipping address is verified and linked to your Paypal account. If you’d like an order to be shipped to an address other than the address on file with your bank, simply call Paypal to add the additional address to your account.

Returns/Exchanges
Please ask all questions you might have beforehand in order to minimize returns. It is a good idea to know what size you wear in certain models because they sometimes vary slightly. If you need to return or exchange an item, simply mail it back to the return address in the SAME condition it was delivered. All tags, stickers, tissue paper, laces, and cardboard inserts must be intact. Worn items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees unless there was a mistake with the item shipped. Returns will be credited back to your Paypal account, minus a 10% restocking fee to help cover original shipping cost and keep our prices low.
