Payments are preferred with via Paypal. Payee’s must have a confirmed address on Paypal.

Payments must be received within 3 days. If delayed, please contact us immediately. 

California buyers are responsible for 9% Sales Tax. 

International Buyers Note: 

Import duties, charges, and sales tax are not included in our item price or shipping cost. These are the payee’s responsibility.

All of items being sold are backed by 2 Year Warranty with our in house service center.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped with via USPS/Fedex/DHL.

All shipments include tracking number, signature, and insurance. 

Signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.

Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship Fedex priority overnight with (Excluding weekends)  

International Buyers-Please contact us to determine whether we ship  to your country prior to purchasing or bidding.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses!

Return

If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 14 days. Buyer pay the return shipping charge. 

Refund will be denied if (1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Touching the inside components 

Prior to making a return decision, please contact us via Ebay message, E-mail, and/or phone  

Return Instructions: Select “Return this item”, then select “ I don’t need it anymore” 

Restocking fee of 8% is applied on items $3700 and above.

The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the return item.
