All our products are shipped within the UK by Parcelforce 48 Hour Courier (Trackable) Service.

Orders made BEFORE 2PM (GMT) will be despatched the same working day (Mon - Fri). Any orders purchased over the weekend will be despatched on Monday morning.

Parcelforce usually only deliver Monday to Friday, and will always ask for a signature on delivery. If you are not available they will provide card advising the next steps for receiving your parcel. This may be to collect from your local depot / Post Office or to call to make alternative arrangements. This is at the discretion of the individual local depot.

If your parcel has not arrived within the normal time scales provided please contact us first via Ebay messaging. We will always work hard with you to resolve any delivery issues.

Packaging

We source our products from quality suppliers and always supply these to our customers at the best possible price. Sometimes these products are sent direct from the supplier which may include their branding, but always contact ourselves with any queries or problems.

Stock

We always aim to keep Ebay updated with the correct stock quantities, however in the rare occasion that a product is purchased and we no longer have available stock we will inform you immediately and refund your payment via Paypal.

We offer a 30 day 'no-quibble' returns policy. You may return a product to us if it is unsuitable, and for any reason.

Returns Notes:

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (please use a trackable service).
• We will refund the buyer for the full cost of the product if it is returned complete and in the original packaging.
• Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date if you wish to return an item.
• We must receive the item 7 days after you advise us you wish to return.
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Damages:

In the event you should receive your goods damaged it is your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange replacement items for you when we have received the damaged goods back into stock and they have been checked.
