For your consideration: an OEM Engine Control Unit from a 2002 Volkswagen Golf with 2.0l engine and automatic transmission.

This will work on several Volkswagen Jetta and Golf models from 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 so match your ECU code exactly before purchasing.

This was removed in perfect working condition. If your car is year 2000 or newer, this will need to be match/reflashed to you car's immobilizer or it will prevent the ECU from starting the engine.
