ARTIFACT: Great vintage late 1950’s naugahyde and leather motorcycle gauntlets made in the United Kingdom by Slazenger. The topside of each glove features Scotchlite reflective designs and the undersides, ‘Tuphine’ real hide leather with faux fleece-lining. The gloves are a size large and also feature leather straps with steel snaps to tighten them at the wrist.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950’s

SIZE: Approximately Large, 15” x 9”; Hand: 9-1/8” x 5”; Wrist guard: 5-3/4” x 9”

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Leather, naugahyde, steel, faux fleece, reflective Scotchlite, thread, copper

ATTACHMENT: Leather strap with snap closure

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The gloves show minor to moderate wear, light verdigris on snaps, leather is supple, overall excellent condition.
