Our standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery. Delivery time is estimated at 1-2 working days with a 1 working day dispatch time.
International customers: Exact delivery times can never be guaranteed but as a guideline: Europe (5-7 working days) and Rest of World (7-10 working days). For Standard International Delivery service we do charge for £5.99 or £7.99 (depends on the destination) per order and £1.99 for each additional item.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Sodamix eBay Store, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (i.e. Jewellery). Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below. Return or Exchange an Item If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition with the delivery note (invoice) or return form clearly stating the situation of return up to 30 working days after day of delivery. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. If you fain too take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
