Item comes as pictured in image.  What you see is what you will receive.  The box may have slight scratches from normal shelf-ware. In addition it HAS been opened.  Due to shipping laws, BBTS had to open it and put a orange end on the Megatron gun toy (this can be removed if you don't want it on there, but it's required by law to show it's not a 'real' gun).  The toy has not been played with or displayed otherwise, and is as mint as you may receive in the continental united states.
